Coaching for Results
Every Breakthrough Coaching engagement begins by linking learning objectives to business goals. Assessment and Stakeholder Inputs help ensure that the participant is motivated by an opportunity to create desired business results (e.g., lead a key initiative; turnaround a unit's performance, implement a new strategy), leverage identified strengths, and practice new behaviors that increase stakeholder trust and the leader's impact.  Unlike many coaching services today, our coaching goes beyond assessment, feedback, and planning (and the all-too-often undefined "follow-up" sessions).  Participants learn while performing key assignments in the process of achieving initiative milestones.

The NEXT SUMMIT coach works with the participant, h/her manager/sponsor, and any other dedicated support (e.g., HR/Executive Development) to create a learning network that will drive coaching success. NEXT SUMMIT does not seek a retainer for coaching services or create open-ended coaching engagements--each engagement is goal-driven and time-bound, creating a shared accountability for creating measurable results.
