           JOIN OUR NEW STUDY
       OF LEADERSHIP COURAGE

What more could be said about leadership when our bookshelves are overflowing with books on the topic?...

Our new study is focused on creating more clear understanding and actionable guidance around the oft-cited, but misinterpreted nature of LEADERSHIP COURAGE.  More than boldness of vision, adventuresome risk-taking, or creating a commanding presence, courage is more clearly understood as an extraordinary response based on one's most deeply held
convictions.

Some very popular leaders, including John F. Kennedy and John McCain have written on the topic.  However, President Kennedy best illustrated a courageous human spirit and Senator McCain best illustrated an intense application of courage through battlefield valor (extraordinary human response under
conditions threatening one's own mortality).

Similar to the interview-based approach deployed in Jim Colllin's "Good to Great," we are interviewing CEOs and company/ division Presidents to identify the nature of courage, the conditions under which it is expressed, and how it may develop.

If you know a successful, growth-oriented CEO or President who we may include in our study, please contact us immediately.  We look forward to completing our study and sharing pre-publication findings with our clients and visitors to this website.

                                  Thank you.
